ContactAssist telephony enables Vision to speed up call handling, simplify clinical record access and capture new phone numbers. Vision reports can be loaded into ContactAssist to assist with campaigns and QOF targets.

  • See who is calling before answering a call (configurable option)
  • On answering a telephone call the patient dashboard displays:
